Claimed Rare Gems and other bonus rewards appear in the Items tab on the main game screen. If a reward does not appear after claiming, restart the game and check the Items tab again. Note: the inventory limit is 5 of each free Rare Gem. If you are at maximum you cannot claim more of that gem type until you use some in a game.

Make sure you are logged into the same account you always use. Claiming on a different Facebook account or a different app login is the single most common cause of "already claimed" errors.

Each link can only be redeemed once per account. If you have already claimed it before, it will not credit again on the same account no matter how many times you tap it.

Turn off any VPN or proxy before claiming. Bejeweled Blitz links are region-checked and VPN traffic is often rejected at the link level, not the app level.

Update Bejeweled Blitz to the latest version. Outdated app versions sometimes fail to process the reward handoff even when the link itself opens correctly.

iOS: If a Rare Gem link opens Safari but does not redirect into the app, close Safari, open Bejeweled Blitz first, then tap the link again.

Android: If the app does not intercept the link, open it from inside the Facebook app rather than a third-party browser.

Facebook Web: The bonus must be claimed while logged into the same Facebook account connected to your Bejeweled Blitz game. Mismatched accounts result in the gem crediting the wrong profile.
Fix a specific error

"This offer has expired" or "Link no longer valid"
Why this happens
The link was posted more than 24 to 72 hours (not officially published; sourced from community reports). treat any link older than 48 hours as at risk. and Bejeweled Blitz has deactivated it. This is the most common error.
How to fix it
There is no way to claim an expired link. Come back to this page and use today's active links instead. Bookmark Morning Reward so you catch every drop within the claim window.
"You've already collected this reward" or "Already redeemed"
Why this happens
Your account has already claimed this specific link. Each Bejeweled Blitz bonus link is one-time per account. Bejeweled Blitz shows: Rare Gem shows "MAX" indicator on the claim screen. Your inventory is full for that gem type. Use the gem in a game round first, then claim additional copies.
How to fix it
Check if you are on a different device or browser. You may have claimed it earlier without realizing. If you definitely have not claimed it, log out of Bejeweled Blitz completely, log back in, then tap the link again.
"Page not found," blank screen, or the link redirects to the home screen
Why this happens
The link structure broke when copied, the reward campaign ended early, or the app is not installed and the deep-link has nowhere to land.
How to fix it
Make sure Bejeweled Blitz is installed before tapping. On mobile, long-press the link and choose "Open in app." On desktop, use the Facebook tab inside the game rather than a standalone browser link.
I claimed the link but my rare gems never arrived
Why this happens
Bejeweled Blitz credits sometimes take up to 30 minutes to appear after a successful claim. Server load during peak times can delay delivery.
How to fix it
Wait 15 to 30 minutes, then fully close and reopen Bejeweled Blitz. If the rare gems still have not appeared: Claimed Rare Gems and other bonus rewards appear in the Items tab on the main game screen. If a reward does not appear after claiming, restart the game and check the Items tab again. Note: the inventory limit is 5 of each free Rare Gem. If you are at maximum you cannot claim more of that gem type until you use some in a game. Link opens browser but does not launch the app. Make sure Bejeweled Blitz is installed. On iOS, close Safari, open the app directly, then retry the link. On Android, try opening the link from inside the official Facebook app.

Link works on one device but not another
Why this happens
You are likely logged into different accounts on each device, or one device has an outdated app version.
How to fix it
Confirm both devices use the same login method (same Facebook account or same email). Update Bejeweled Blitz on both devices. If one account already claimed the link, the other cannot claim it again. Links are one-time per account.
Every link is failing and nothing on this page is working
Why this happens
All links shown have been claimed on your account already today, or Bejeweled Blitz is running a temporary server issue affecting reward delivery.
How to fix it
Check Bejeweled Blitz's official Facebook page for any server status posts. New links drop throughout the day and fresh ones reset the claim window. If the problem persists across multiple days, reinstall the app and contact Bejeweled Blitz support at https://help.ea.com/en/games/bejeweled/bejeweled-blitz/.
